RENO, Nev. – May 20, 2022 – Veterans in Politics International President Steve Stanson announced his organization’s endorsement of Nevada gubernatorial candidate Joey Gilbert.

Gilbert earned their endorsement by taking a strong stance on election integrity and limiting the power of government. As Governor, Gilbert will institute voter ID and call for the Secretary of State to require a hand-count paper ballot election. He will ensure that political opportunists will never again be allowed to unjustifiably shut down our state.
Gilbert’s track record of successfully tackling issues head-on makes him a natural choice for VIPI. As an Air Force Reserve veteran, Gilbert aligns with VIPI’s vow “to protect and defend our country and our United States Constitution.”
